Our digital x-ray allows us to use less radiation while taking the required diagnostic radiographs. Getting an x-ray that shows me all of your teeth has roughly the radium you’d get in a day in New York City or by eating two bananas.  Radium is a big concern for patients.

One of the benefits of some of our x-ray equipment is that we’re able to take the x-rays outside of the mouth. Many people dislike coming to the dentist and having a big bulky thing inside their mouth, but we can take our bitewing x-rays outside of the mouth, ensuring the patient’s comfort.
